ONE further Covid-19-related death has been reported by hospitals in the Bradford district today.
According to NHS data, the Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust reported one further death, which happened yesterday.
No further deaths were reported by Airedale or the Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust.
This means, that according to official figures provided by NHS England, the death toll in Bradford's hospitals now stands at 309.
A further 18 deaths were reported in Yorkshire and the North East.
And for England in total, the deaths of a further 179 people who tested positive for Covid-19 were reported, bringing the total number of confirmed reported deaths in hospitals in England to 27,044.
Patients were aged between 12 and 97 years old. Four of the 179 patients, aged between 78 and 93, had no known underlying health condition.
Their families have been informed.
