BRADFORD District Care NHS Foundation Trust is inviting people to take part in its ‘Step Up! for Better Lives’ challenge to raise money for the trust’s Better Lives Charity.

The Trust’s Champions Show the Way service is hosting a virtual steps challenge from Monday June 8 – Monday July 6.

There are 10 free virtual challenges to choose from. It could be running the length of Blackpool beach to 'walking the three peaks'.

Paul Hogg, director of corporate affairs at the trust, said: “The ‘Step Up! For Better Lives challenge’ is a great opportunity to come together as colleagues, families and friends during COVID-19 to enjoy the benefits of exercise, whilst challenging ourselves and raising money for the Trust charity, Better Lives.”

All activities can be seen on the care trust's website here.
