IT is set to be a mostly sunny Bank Holiday weekend in Bradford, but temperatures will not be reaching the heights of earlier this week.

Here is a guide to each day’s weather over this long weekend, according to the Met Office.

FRIDAY

A dry and sunny day with temperatures set to reach 17C between 2pm and 4pm.

The evening will see the slight chance of a shower at 10pm, with temperatures only expected to fall to 10C by Saturday breakfast time.

SATURDAY

A cooler and cloudier day, with the sun making an appearance in the morning and evening.

There is a 40 per cent chance of a shower between 1pm and 3pm, with a cooler day with a high of 14C.

Night-time temperatures won’t go down too much, with temperatures only falling to 12C, with the risk of a late-night shower.

SUNDAY

Sunday sees the most threat of a shower, with a 50 per cent chance through the morning.

The afternoon brings a mixture of sun and cloud with temperatures set to reach 16C.

A dry night will bring temperatures only falling to 12C.

MONDAY

The weather saves the best for last for the Bank Holiday weekend, with the highest temperatures and sunniest conditions on Monday.

Temperatures will reach 20C by 4pm, followed by a dry night with temperatures only falling to 11C on Monday night.
