THE refurbishment of offices at a key employment site will be a “welcome improvement” according to planning officers.
An application by Denso Marston to improve its headquarters off Otley Road, Baildon, has been approved by Bradford Council.
The works will see the office building on the site, Marston House, re-clad, the creation of a new entrance and reception area, and an increase in parking at the site by 23 spaces.

Founded in 1904 as the Excelsior Motor Radiator Company, the company employs over 630 people.
Officers described the current building as “unremarkable” adding: “The recladding would be a welcome improvement to the appearance of the building and the contemporary approach is appropriate.”
