TWO Bradford Council owned empty buildings will go under the hammer at an auction.
As part of its efforts to bring empty properties back into use, the Council has a policy of purchasing long vacant houses and selling them on.
The Pugh auction features properties from across the country. One Bradford Council property, a two-bedroom, mid-terrace house at 3 Sunnydale, Keighley Road, Denholme will have a guide price of £50,000.
Fire-ravaged home sells for £115,000, almost double its guide price, at auction
And the other, a four bedroom terrace house at 7 Park Road in Shipley, will have a guide price of £110,000.
Both sales will come with the condition that the new owner has to have the property in a habitable state within 12 months.
Last month the Council made £224,000 by selling three homes in the district at a similar auction.
The auction will take place on June 2. For more information visit pugh-auctions.com/auction/448.
