IN the past month, our lives have changed beyond recognition.

As coronavirus continues to take a hold, the absence of things we once so easily took for granted - seeing family and friends, wrapping our arms around our loved ones and comforting them in times of need - seems so difficult to comprehend.

And for those grieving in our district because of coronavirus, that absence is a heart-wrenching reminder of what the pandemic has taken from us.

Behind every sad announcement of more deaths in our district are people. People who were loved, people who had families and friends, people who had quirks which made them ‘them’.

Better days will come and, in time, we’ll be able to hug our loved ones once again but for now, the Telegraph & Argus wants to offer some comfort by creating a place to pay tribute to those Bradford has lost in a special edition of the paper.

If you would like to add to this, please send your tributes and photographs to newsdesk@telegraphandargus.co.uk
