THE driver of this car was found to only have a provisional licence after being stopped in Bradford.
West Yorkshire Police's Roads Policing Unit said they were not supervised, had no insurance and the car was also showing as SORN (Statutory Off Road Notification), which means a vehicle has been registered as off the road.
The car was seized and the driver reported.
