A BRADFORD girls' school has been nationally recognised after it was found to be among the best performing non-selective secondary schools and sixth forms in the country.
Feversham Academy was awarded for being in the top 20 per cent for attainment, for being in the Department of Education's top band for student progress at key stage four and for being in the top 20 per cent for attainment in applied general subjects at key stage five.
The awards are based on 2019 data provided by the Department for Education and Ofsted, analysed by the Schools, Students and Teachers network (SSAT).
Sue Williamson, Chief Executive of SSAT, said: "Feversham Academy's success is down to the superb learning and teaching and leadership of students, staff, parents and governors, making a difference to young people."
