EVERYONE said 'thank you' tonight as hundreds of people clapped outside their homes for key workers across the country.
Every Thursday at 8pm the nation comes together for the #clapforourcarers movement which celebrates the healthcare heroes, supermarket staff, delivery drivers and more people who make a difference to our lives.
From kids shouting from windows to the firefighters at Bradford station, everyone banded together and gave thanks.
T&A reporter Natasha Meek visited one street in Pudsey where people came together for a cause close to home.
This is how Hillfoot Crescent expressed their gratitude for neighbours who head out on the frontline everyday.
Jay Leeming clapped alongside the team of fire fighters on Bradford station.
The crew stood outside the station in solidarity with otherย key workers on Leeds Road.
Jay said: "It shows solidarity between all frontline staff and the thanks being shown.
"To all the key workers, carers NHS staff and beyond. WE THANK YOU!"
People of all ages got involved like little Aiyla from Tyersal who shouted out of her window to those working hard day and night.
Dadย Reaseย Kahn said: "We recognise and appreciate the sacrifice NHS are doing for us during this battle against the coronavirus."
Meanwhile this is how West Yorkshire Police gave their thanks.
