An Audi driver fitted emergency flashing lights to his vehicle to "scare his friends", he told police in Bradford.
The distinctive white car was stopped on the M606 motorway, with the driver subsequently reported for suspected offences.
West Yorkshire Roads Policing Unit tweeted: "Stopped on the M606, driver failing to wear a seatbelt, vehicle found to have emergency lights fitted to the front windscreen which the driver stated were to scare his friends! Reported for offences and lights seized."
