A DRIVER who was arrested at the start of the year after driving the wrong way on Manchester Road had been using cannabis, a Bradford police officer said this morning.
In a tweet, published just before 7am today, West Yorkshire Police PC Claire Gray said that the "driver's bloods" had returned, following a drugs test, and revealed that the driver of the Volkswagen tested positive for cannabis use, in an incident that she first tweeted about on 5 January.
PC Gray said a court date will be "sent out" for the driver.
