CHRIS Kamara has given people some unbelievable advice on self-isolation during the coronavirus crisis.

The former Bradford City manager turned TV sports presenter was on national TV this morning to urge people about the importance of social distancing after doing the same on Twitter.

 

 

Speaking on ITV’s Good Morning Britain, Kamara said: “We’ve got to help save lives, stay at home and also do social distancing.

“I could not believe when I was told that people, especially those aged 18 to 30, the fact that they are not doing social distancing.

“But people are beginning to realise now.

“Please, please, please self-isolate.”

Kammy also revealed one of his sons, his partner and their two children are living with him and his wife at their home in Wakefield. While his other son and his family are living next door.

He added: “I loving every minute of it.

“Having them together has been really wonderful.”

Kammy also revealed he was indulging in a lot of household chores before his grandchildren arrived at home.

The pundit also talked about football during the coronavirus crisis.

He added: “It’s important that the EFL and Premier League get together to make sure smaller clubs don’t go out of business.

“People say about life and death, but people’s health is so much more important, but sport keeps people’s spirits alive and vibrant.”
