The 'bulk buying' craze seems to have manifested itself in an unexpected way - in the drugs market!
Nearly 500 bags of suspected cannabis has been seized by police in the south of Bradford after a vehicle was stopped in Wyke.
Two suspects have been arrested in connection with the incident.
Subsequent police inquiries led to the discovery of what officers described as "an old cannabis factory."
A tweet tonight from the account of West Yorkshire Police - Bradford South, said: "We’ve heard of bulk buying recently but this is something else 🙄 vehicle stopped in Wyke & two arrested for Possession with intent to supply after a failed foot chase 🤦🏻♂️ 499 bags of cannabis on them.'
