BRADFORD Community Kitchen which feeds the homeless every other Sunday from the Millside Centre has closed temporarily because of concerns over coronavirus.

Instead, the kitchen, in Grattan Road, which has been running around two years, will be distributing food packs to the elderly who are in isolation.

Abdul Satar, one of the Bradford Community Kitchen founders said: "We are now helping elderly people who are in isolation and have no family and friends to support them.

"We are covering the Bradford area. All the food packs are sponsored by Regal Food Products, Pakistan Catering and Kamrans Solicitors.

"If you know anyone that will benefit, please call our team on 07888693196.
