HAWORTH Road at Cross Roads has been closed by police following a serious road accident.
A male pedestrian was taken to hospital with serious head injuries after a collision with a car at around 2.40pm.
A West Yorkshire Police spokesman said Haworth Road had been shut from the Cross Roads roundabout.
Only few yards of Haworth Road has been blocked off, approximately to the Cross Roads Park entrance and Kitchen cafe.
The Keighley Bus Company, in a tweet at around 4pm, said the #Brontebus had been diverted via Oakworth.
It added: "There will be no service on B1 and B3 via Halifax Road and Crossroads to/from Haworth until further notice. B2 will operate Keighley to Crossroads and Oakworth to Vale Mill Lane top."
