A PARENT has been fined for anti-social driving outside a Bingley School.
Police ticketed a driver who "slowed down traffic down to a near-stand still" before parking up on double yellows in order to pick up their child outside Bingley Grammar School.
It was part of an operation that took place outside the school on Wednesday.
Shipley Neighbourhood Policing Team were supported by Operation Steerside officers and Council wardens to tackle parking and anti-social driving outside the school. Four tickets were issued.

A police spokesman said: "We are receiving complaints about illegal parking on the Castlefield Estate in order to pick up children. This is causing business access issues on the estate.
"We are also getting reports of parents becoming abusive when challenged. This is not acceptable and any reported incidents will be thoroughly investigated and dealt with appropriately.
"Please support us by parking legally and safely.
"We will be conducting more parking patrols at these locations and others across the Shipley ward."
