SWINDON: Gracious Simango, 29, of London Road, Watford, admitted assault occasioning actual bodily harm. He assaulted a woman on August 26, 2019, in Swindon.

He was bailed for the sentencing hearing on March 5. A pre-sentence report was ordered.

SWINDON: Matthew Wixon, 29, of Spring Close, admitted four breaches of a non-molestation order.

One of the breaches came in late January when he sent flowers and a card to the woman the court order was intended to protect.

He was given an 18 month community order and must wear a tag banning him from going to Deacon Street for six months.

Magistrates ordered he do 40 hours of unpaid work and 25 rehabilitation activity days.

CHENEY MANOR: Andre Gooden, 33, of Cheney Manor Road, entered no pleas to a charge of GBH. It is alleged he injured a man on April 6 last year.

He was granted unconditional bail to appear before Swindon Crown Court on March 6 for a plea hearing.

PARK NORTH: David Gretton, 29, of Welcombe Avenue, admitted breaching a non-molestation order – by sending presents last November.

Magistrates gave him a six month conditional discharge and ordered him to pay a £21 victim surcharge.

NORTH SWINDON: Frankie Grieveson, 19, of Diamond Crescent, pleaded guilty to damaging a woman’s car. He was fined £266..

PARK NORTH: Lee Jordan, 33, of Cranmore Avenue, pleaded guilty to breaching a non-molestation order and driving a Nissan Qashqai when he was not insured to get behind the wheel.

He was given a 12 month community order, six points on his licence, fined £100 and must pay a £90 victim surcharge.

GRANGE PARK: Brian Bingham, 26, of Marney Road, was given a 12 month community order after he admitted stealing £70-worth of children’s toys from The Entertainer, clothes, £110-worth of laundry tabs from Wilko, £227 of perfume from Debenhams, trousers from Next and tried to steal a man’s bicycle. He also admitted a disorderly behaviour charge.

Under the terms of his community order he must pay compensation to the stores, complete up to 35 rehabilitation days.

GRANGE PARK: Gemma O’Malley, 34, of Gerard Walk, pleaded guilty to stealing £230-worth of jumpers from USC, £350 of handbags from Debenhams, decorations from Wilko and cosmetics from Boots.

He was given a 12 month community order with a requirement to do 20 days’ rehabilitation, pay a £90 victim surcharge and £40 costs.

TOOTHILL: Nathan Hagen, 24, of Beaulieu Close, denies using a sharp fragment from a metal can to threaten another man on Bridge Street on February 5. He pleaded not guilty to associated allegations of disorderly behaviour. He was bailed for the trial at Swindon Magistrates’ Court on June 4. Under his bail conditions he is banned from entering the town centre.
