Doors locked by security at ASDA Shipley - here's why
SHOPPERS are unable to get in or out of ASDA's Shipley store after security teams 'locked' the doors.
The store was temporarily closed just after 4pm.
A frustrated shopper told the Telegraph & Argus: "My husband went to ASDA Shipley and security were there and they'd closed the doors with people inside.
"They weren't letting anyone out."
A spokesperson for ASDA explained the closure is due to technical issues and reassured customers that their teams are working hard to fix the problem.
At this moment in time, it isn't known what the technical issue is.
