A MARKET due to be held tomorrow has been cancelled over weather fears.
The Baildon Farmers Market would have run in the town tomorrow (Saturday), but organisers said: "We are so sorry to let you know that we’ve taken the difficult decision to cancel this Saturday’s market.
"The forecast wind speeds are too strong and could cause a serious danger to stallholders and the public.
"This will be only the second market we have cancelled in over seven years of operation, and we are extremely despondent about having to do it."
They added: "The market returns on Saturday, March 28, so be sure to come along and support your favourite stallholders, who are all gutted not to be in Baildon this weekend."
