A HOMELESS kitchen and food bank struggling to stay afloat is appealing for help.
The self-funded organisation feeds more than 100 people every Sunday at the Centre for Deaf People, Manningham.
But on top of the £40 rent each week and the cost of providing a hearty three course meal, it needs the district to rally round - and it could be as simple as donating custard, tea or packs of biscuits.
The registered charity, Homes4Living, is asking for donations, volunteers and financial backing.
Volunteer Shabana Bashir said: "Any help we can get we'd be grateful. This is a real concern because we don't want to close down.
"It's a vital service we provide. It's open from 3.30 till 6.30. There's no questions asked."
