AS February half-term approaches, West Yorkshire Combined Authority is reminding young people that an Under 16 or 16-18 PhotoCard, can help them get the most out of their holidays.

Under 16 or 16-18 PhotoCard holders can enjoy half-fare bus and train travel for trips and days out throughout West Yorkshire. They can also load up their Under 16 or 16-18 PhotoCard with money-saving weekly, monthly or termly tickets.

The easiest way to load or top up tickets onto a PhotoCard for anyone with an android smartphone is via the free MCard app. Android phone users can use the app to add travel tickets to their MCard and check their balance. Alternatively, they can use Bus Station or Train Station ticket machines, Bus Station Travel Centres or one of West Yorkshire’s 700 Payzone outlets.
