SIR- I suspect Tracy Brabin MP has behaved in a mischievous manner over what's been called "DressGate".
The dress she wore in the Commons was clearly inappropriate and it looks like the MP has deliberately created a reaction to turn it into feminist issue. Then she sells the dress to give the money to Girl Guides to empower young girls. Why?
There is also again an assumption that what happens on social media represents the whole of society.
Furthermore, the BBC coverage of this both locally and nationally has been typically unbalanced in favour of the Batley and Spen MP who's conduct should be called into question.
It's obvious that if a male MP had worn something like this he would have been criticised at least as much.
