HORDES of metal fans from across Greater Manchester descended on Rebellion bar to rock out and raise their horns to a fallen member of the scene.
Nine of the UK’s best underground metal bands tore up the Manchester venue at a packed out event — organised in tribute to Marta Piwonska who tragically died at the end of last year.
A lively crowd enjoyed sets from UK black metal legends The Infernal Sea alongside Deus Mori, Argesk, BruteAllies, Burial, Riptide, Cadaver Soirée and Viral Strain.
Headlining the event were award-winning comedy metal band Footprints In The Custard, who injected a hearty dose of inflatable-filled fun to proceedings to top off an incredible afternoon.
The show raised more than £1,600 which will be split between the Samaritans and Cats Protection charities.
