PERFORMER Sid Calderbank will be taking to the stage at the Reading Room coffee shop at the The Barlow, Edgworth later his month.
The artist researches and collects songs, stories and poems of old Lancashire for more than 40 years. He’s an expert on Lancashire dialect and has performed at countless venues, including many radio and TV appearances
The Lancashire dialect expert will be at The Barlow on February 16 performing from 1pm until 2pm.
And on Sunday, March 8, local musicians Brian McGuire, Nick Mallion and Kathy McIver will be playing contemporary folk music and new interpretations of traditional songs and tunes.
