Two men have been fined by Bradford magistrates for failing to produce a waste carriers licence.
Terence Mahon, 35, of Brookfield Road, Bradford, was fined £400, with £245 costs and a £15 surcharge, and Brad Holroyd, 30, of Bierley House Avenue, Bierley, who was trading as Aries Waste Services, was also fined £400, with £120 costs and a £15 surcharge.
The cases were brought by Bradford Council.
Christopher Michael Malone, 42, of Ferrand Avenue, Bierley, who faces charges of flytipping, being an unlicensed waste carrier and failing to produce his licence, had his case adjourned until November 29.
