More than 200 children will hopefully receive a present this Christmas thanks to a Shipley Rotary Club appeal.
They will be holding their 13th annual Christmas Tree Appeal at the ASDA store in Manor Lane, Shipley from Monday, November 26, to Wednesday November 28.
A Christmas tree will be on display in the foyer between noon and 6pm each day, and labels with the name, age and gender of the child will be fixed to the tree.
Members of the public are asked to take a label and return a suitable gift for that child.
No wrapping up is required and the presents will be distributed to children nominated to the Rotary Club.
No one knows the identity or address of the child, and in previous years children have been able to raise a smile on Christmas day due to a complete stranger.
Presents can be handed in after November 28 to the customer services desk.
