TWO van drivers have been caught writing in a notepad instead of driving by police.
West Yorkshire Police have reported the motorists, who had no hands on the wheel, for not being in proper control of their vehicles.
The two people are now waiting for letters from West Yorkshire Police for prosecution.
A spokesperson for West Yorkshire Police's Roads Policing Unit said: "Please keep your hands on the wheel and watch the road."
