Queuing traffic
CONGESTION on the M62 westbound at Chain Bar is causing delays of up to 25 minutes.
Highways England reported that the congestion reaches back to junction 28 at Tingley.
Drivers are asked to use alternative routes if possible.
The Chain Bar roundabout is reportedly snarled up by rush hour traffic.
