Hi children, Captain Planet here.
This week I've been helping to clear an overgrown path at Heaton Primary School.
I joined a group of Bradford Community Housing Trust staff to cut back overgrown trees and shrubs and plant smaller shrubs.
We were joined by a group of staff from Wates, one of the housing trust's construction partners, who rolled up their sleeves and mucked in.
A good day was had by all - and now BCHT's grounds maintenance contractor, Veolia, has kindly donated some flowering shrubs to be planted by the pathway.
I'm sure the youngsters at Heaton Primary School will love what we've done!
