LIVE BLOG: Bradford welcomes Kate and William - the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge

William and Kate arrived in Bradford today to cheers from several hundred well-wishers on Centenary Square.

During their visit to Bradford City Hall, the Royal couple looked relaxed as they spoke with young people about life in the city, and with local employers helping youngsters to get jobs.

For those interested in Royal fashion, the Duchess is wearing a dress by Zara, a coat by @McQueen and earrings by Zeen that she wore in Pakistan, according to @futureheirs on Twitter.

The The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's cavalcade arrived in Bradford shortly before noon, travelling along Hall Ings before turning onto Bridge Street and into Centenary Square.

They emerged from City Hall at around 1pm to more loud cheers, before meeting wellwishers waiting in Centenary Square.

William walked down one side of the assembled crowd, while Kate walked down the other, talking to people as they went.

The couple are due to visit a number of projects that promote cohesion within one of the UK's most diverse cities.
