THREE fire engines have been rushed to a building in the city centre.
The engines could be heard making their way along Hall Ings at around 5:40pm.
It is believed they were heading in the direction of The City Exchange Apartments.
One witness said: "There were three fire engines and a van, but they're not moving.
"Firefighters keep shining torches up the building."
A spokesperson for West Yorkshire Fire said the call-out was in relation to a water leak.
