CHILDREN have been creating raps, apps and leaflets in the fight against cyber crime.
In partnership with West Yorkshire Police, pupils in years seven, eight and nine are being challenged to develop an innovative crime prevention resource to help keep each other safe online.
Young people taking part are challenged to form a team and design a resource to help keep people safe online before going head to head.
Teams have until March 27 to design, test and launch their resources.
Entries need to be submitted in the form of a three minute YouTube video. These videos will then be shortlisted with six groups going through to an exciting X-Factor style grand-final event at the police's training centre in Carr Gate, Wakefield. This is the third competition of its kind so far.
