POLICE have found a body near a reservoir in the search for a missing man.
Officers searching for Melvyn Kaye, from Queensbury, found the body of an adult male in the Baitings Reservoir area, in Ripponden, this afternoon.
A police spokesperson said: "A formal identification is yet to take place but Mr Kaye’s family have been made aware of the development."
Mr Kaye, 62, was reported missing on Friday, January 10.
West Yorkshire Police released an appeal earlier today to try trace the missing man, after growing "increasingly concerned" for his welfare.
