Flights from Leeds Bradford International Airport to Western Ireland are set to officially get underway tomorrow.
Low-cost airline Ryanair's new scheduled service from Leeds to Shannon will operate three times weekly, from November 8.
Ryanair also runs 19 flights per week from the airport to Dublin.
Ryanair's UK marketing manager Caroline Baldwin claims the service will bring its total annual passenger numbers at Leeds Bradford to over 300,000 and sustain 300 jobs in the region.
