A DAY of action with the Bradford City force saw a dangerous driver taken off the road, car seizures and red diesel warnings listed among the crimes.
Officers teamed up with neighbourhood policing teams, Steerside and its partners from VOSA, taxi licensing and inland revenue for a crackdown in Bradford city centre.
A total of five cars were seized for no tax while, out of the 16 taxis that were checked, four were reported due to suspension issues.

Steerside checked for red diesel, referred one driver to the vehicle defect rectification scheme and seizing another car for no insurance.
192 bald tyres were checked and reported for summons.
A section 59 order for driving without "due car and attention" was also issued.
A traffic offence report shows one car logged as having no insurance, parking within confines of a pelican crossing, a motorist with no MOT and someone not wearing a seatbelt.
A spokesperson for West Yorkshire Police said: "Brilliant results! Well done Team Bradford."
