The Bradford Libraries Rhyme Challenge sees parents with children under five learning five rhymes together to receive a certificate from the Bookstart Bear.

Over 7,000 people in Bradford, took part in the challenge last year and Bradford Libraries are hoping this number can be beaten in 2020.

The challenge also takes place in toddler groups, pre-schools, nurseries, schools and family hubs across the District.

The five rhymes are Five Little Monkeys, Criss Cross Apple Sauce, Hattimatim Tim (a fun Bengali rhyme along with English version), Sally Go round The Sun and Run Run Run All Day To The Library (a new version of Row Row Row Your Boat).

There is also a prize draw for families to enter and win Room on the Broom Story Sacks and Nursery Rhyme Puppet Sets.

Families visiting Bradford Libraries can take on the challenge during January and March.
