POLICE have said there is no "further update" at this stage to a major murder investigation.
Asghar "Oscar" Badshah was found dead in the former Yorkshire Bank building, in Commercial Street, Batley on Sunday, December 29.
A murder investigation was launched two days later, on New Year's Eve.
The next day, two men, aged 27 and 30, as well as a 41-year-old woman were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to murder.
But, both men were released under investigation and the woman is on bail pending further enquiries.
It has been a week to the day since then.
West Yorkshire Police told the T&A today there is nothing further to update beyond what has been said.
