NOMINATIONS for an awards ceremony celebrating the "great women" of Bradford are now open.
The Bradford Inspirational Women Awards have been created by Tony Tokunbo Fernandez, who hosts multicultural meet ups at the Houses of Parliament as well as Black History Month events and The Africa4U awards.
The free celebration will be held on Saturday, February 1 at City Library for "everyone living in Bradford".
Mr Fernandez said: "I am organising the Bradford Inspirational Women Awards to motivate the great women in our society who continue to make great contributions to humanity.
"This is a free event for everyone living in Bradford. This will be a great opportunity to network with great minds on the day, making profound contributions to humanity. "
If you would like to nominate someone for the awards, please call Tony on 07882809005.
