A FEMALE has been arrested, interviewed and bailed after a video was circulated on social media of an incident in Shipley involving racist abuse.
Police tweeted that this would allow all evidence to be obtained in an evidentially viable format and then the advice of the CPS would be obtained.
Sergeant Terri Green said CPS advice is required for incidents of a racist nature.
The statement said an update will be released when police are able.
