A HISTORIC hall is seeking volunteers to help maintain the grounds.
The ranger team at 17th-century East Riddlesden Hall is appealing for recruits to assist at weekends with looking after the garden and surrounding fields and woods.
Volunteers can get involved in a range of tasks, from gardening to fence repairs and general grounds maintenance, plus there is an opportunity to take part in wildlife spotting.
Nick Chuck, ranger at the National Trust property, said: “Is your New Year’s resolution to get involved in volunteering?
“If you love being outside, and are interested in conservation work and learning about nature, East Riddlesden Hall needs you."
