SANTA paid a visit to the St Ives estate at Harden.
He and his elves distributed presents to children who attended an annual Santa Day.
The event was organised by the Friends of St Ives, in conjunction with forest school Get Out More.
Friends chairman, Pam Laking, said the day was a huge success.
“Lots of children and their families were there,” she added.
“As well as meeting Santa and his elves and receiving a present, they enjoyed crafts inside and outdoors – making decorations to take home and planting chestnuts in pots to create new young trees for woods in the future.
“They then toasted marshmallows and sweet chestnuts on an open fire.
“And all the activities were free.”
