BRADFORD 4 BETTER, a community campaign which seeks to establish cohesion, is hosting a party for those who may be lonely this Christmas.
On Christmas Day, from 12.30am to 7.30pm, Bradford 4 Better will host the party at Laisterdyke Library, Manse Street, off Leeds Road, and is even offering a pick-up and drop-off service for those who would like to attend but might not have access to transport.
Breakfast will also be served to the homeless from 10am to 11.30am, ahead of a 12.30 start for Christmas Dinner. Entertainment will also feature from 6.30pm, with tombola and comedy amongst other fun.
Bradford 4 Better aims to tackle loneliness with the initiative and "bring Bradfordians together". A spokesperson from the scheme said, "We will not be divided no matter what faith, culture, class or background we are from."
