A JUROR has made her first appearance back at Bradford Crown Court charged with researching a case during a trial and intentionally disclosing information to another member of the jury.
Marie McCahery, 62, of Oxford Road, Undercliffe, Bradford, is pleading not guilty to the charges, her barrister Kitty Colley told the court today.
The case was adjourned until February 6 for a further case management hearing.
McCahery’s unconditional bail was enlarged until that date.
She is accused of conducting internet research into a motorbike that formed part of the evidence in the trial in February and then passing on her findings to another juror.
