A man has been hit with a Criminal Behaviour Order - known as a ‘Crimbo’ for short.
The order states that Robin Waltham must not sit or loiter on any public thoroughfare with any item that would give another person the impression he was begging or homeless.
Such items might include a cup, hat, sleeping bag, quilt or sign.
The Crimbo also says Waltham must not ask anyone for money or goods, including alcohol and cigarettes, unless it is part of a legitimate transaction.
Geographically, the order applies to the boundaries of the Bradford Metropolitan District and applies until July 19, 2023.
Sergeant T Green posted details of the order on Twitter today and added: “If seen breaching this CBO, please report it #NotOnMyPatch”
