Bradford College will celebrate student success and mark the completion of a wide range of courses during its annual Festival of Achievement.
The festival will begin with higher education graduation ceremonies in November followed by a further education ceremony in December.
The higher education graduation ceremonies, tomorrow at Bradford's St George's Hall, recognise the achievements of students graduating from degree programmes validated by Leeds Metropolitan Univer-sity in the morning and Brad-ford College BTEC Higher National Certificate and Dip-loma students in the afternoon.
The ceremony will start at 10.30am and will be attended by Michele Sutton, Bradford College principal and chief executive, Cath Orange, Leeds Metropolitan University dean of innovation north, and the Lord Mayor and Lady Mayoress of Bradford, Robin and Janet Owens. Maud Marshall, chief executive of Bradford Centre Regeneration, will open the ceremony.
Margaret Coleman, Learning and Skills Council regional director for Yorkshire and Humber, will officially welcome students to the Bradford College ceremony at 3pm.
The Festival of Achievement finishes in December when the college celebrates further education student achievements during an evening awards ceremony on Tuesday, December 4.
