A PLOT of land in the Shearbridge area of Bradford has sold at auction for £255,000.
The 2,359 square metre site off Summerville Road was one of several local properties and pieces of land to go under the hammer at a Pugh property auction on Thursday.
The land is next to the Rio Grande function hall and Booker Wholesale.
Describing the site, the auction catalogue said: “The land may suit a variety of future uses and have development potential, subject to any necessary consents.”

Details of the buyer have not been disclosed.
Other properties to sell include 138 Durham Road, a Bradford Council owned house in Girlington which sold for £60,000.
