MORE detailed plans for a housing development in Queensbury will go before a planning committee on Thursday.
Last year Bradford Council approved outline plans by Reside Commercial to build 12, three-bed houses on a field off Woodlands Grove, just off Highgate Road.
The plans had been approved despite 40 objections from local residents.
And this week the Council's Regulatory and Appeals Committee will discuss a more detailed application for the site, which includes details of the appearance and dimensions of the buildings.
Objectors say Queensbury housing development would 'breach human rights' of neighbours
Despite plans for housing on the site having already been approved, there has still been five objections to this application, raising concerns of increased traffic and overshadowing.
However members will be advised to approve the application.
One objector said Greenbelt land should not be developed, but planning officers have replied by pointing out the site is not Greenbelt.
A report to the committee says: "The proposed dwellings would contribute towards meeting the need for family housing provision."
The Committee meets in City Hall at 10am.
