This car stopped by police in Bradford had no insurance or excise licence
POLICE seized this car in Bradford yesterday afternoon after the driver claimed he had just bought it and was on his way to get it insured.
Check by West Yorkshire Police Roads Policing Unit found the car tax had expired in June and the driver didn't have a licence. He was arrested and reported to court.
