ARMED police walking around Bradford city centre are to reassure the public following the terror threat which took place in London yesterday.
A spokesman for West Yorkshire Police said: "We are aware of the incident at London Bridge, which our colleagues in the Metropolitan Police are currently dealing with.
"We are conscious that the public of West Yorkshire may be concerned and as a result, we have an increased, overt policing presence around the county. This includes some armed officers.
"This is purely for public reassurance and not a response to any local threat."
