This vehicle was being driven with no lights. Driver was also over drink-drive limit and hadn't the correct licence
THIS vehicle was stopped after police saw it being driven around with no lights on in the Eccleshill area last night Friday/Saturday.
The driver was also found to be over the drink-drive limit, only had a provisional licence and was not insured.
West Yorkshire Police's Steerside Enforcement Team arrested and charged him with the offences.
